Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Dealer Communications CSR Agent (French Canadian Language) (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to dealership personnel via inbound phone calls and live chat channels
• Accurately log and track all dealer interactions using CRM tools and internal systems
• Resolve or escalate dealer concerns related to warranty claims, parts availability, and system access

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Must speak French Canadian Language
• 1-2 years of customer service or dealer support experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and live chat platforms
• Flexible to work within a rotating schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays
