Marketing Generalist and Lead Generator

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (French a plus), possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, developing newsletters, triaging tasks to the tech team, handling client inquiries, analyzing RFPs, conducting marketing research, managing social media, generating leads, collaborating with the development team, and preparing meeting minutes and briefing notes. Experience with executive-level coordination, event planning (including trade shows), and a tech-savvy approach, including familiarity with AI applications, are highly desired.

Duties/Tasks To Perform

    • Newsletter development
    • Triaging and generation of tasks to tech team
    •  Be part of the team that manages clients inquiries and requests, then assigning the requests to our internal team. Inquiries via telephone and email.
    • Analyze requests for proposals (RFP's) from clients to be able to build the sales proposal (technical or graphical) based on our existing database of content
    • Conduct marketing research as required for client projects
    • Manage social media and newsletter development
    • Create opportunities for setting meetings with sales team to conduct demos of our products through email, phone and social.
    • Manage calendars in a proactive and thoughtful manner for the executive team including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Quarterback special projects associated with our Marketing executive and leadership team.
    • Light lead generation phone calling from existing internal lists
    • Collaborate cohesively with members of the development team.
    • Manage incoming requests from clients and prepare Jira task tickets,
    • Followup with staff on pending tickets and interface with clients on the status of their requests.
    • Preparing minutes and recording notes from video call meetings
    • Preparing briefing notes for upcoming meetings
  • 2-4 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars in tandem.
  • Preference for executive level coordinating and event planning experience (posibilty of coordinating trade shows for team)
  • Attention to detail, coupled with creative problem solving and superior communication skills.
  • High level of English required as they will be client facing
  • Strong independence in work
  • 100% capable of multitasking
  • Ability to manage relationships for tradeshows
  • Fast-paced and task-oriented personality
  • Tech-Savvy, with experience in AI and its application in the workplace.
  • Proactive and autonomous attitude; ability to update task status, meet deadlines, and keep the team informed.
  • Strong skills in Urgency Management and flexibility to extend working hours when necessary.
  • French optional but desired

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST or from 10:00am to 6:00pm EST
