Responsibilities

·         Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted for

·         Daily review with Production Manager on project and billing progress

·         Ensure all proper relevant paperwork is reviewed and given to the foremen

·         Completion of various reports, including Field Reports and work order

·         Build relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity 

Field Crew Support

o   Compliance to regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policies

o   Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites

o   Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution

o   Daily review of project progress with the foremen and review of field reports

o   Scheduling, alignment, and time management of field crews

o   Identification, training and coaching future Foreman and Superintendents

What We Are Seeking

o   1-3 years experience in a Construction environment; Roofing experience is considered an asset

o   Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

o   Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phone

o   Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment

o   Reliable and strong problem-solving skills
