People Operations Coordinator - Contract

FloQast is searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator - Contractor to help administer employee lifecycle programs! The People Operations Contractor will work alongside our incredible HR and People team to help with administration, data clean ups, and entry-level HR processes. This is a unique opportunity to join the growing team at a fast-paced and high-growth organization and learn about HR programs and practices from a high performing HR team.

This contract is expected to last 6 to 9 months.

• Assist with HR administration, data clean ups, and entry-level HR processes
• Facilitate interview scheduling, prioritizing critical candidate pipeline needs and managing workload efficiently.
• Facilitate the New Hire onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, new hire intake forms, and new hire welcome communications.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Gain exposure to various HR software and tools
• Coordinate swag program for employee milestones
• Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands and fulfill efficient follow ups
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Positive and enthusiastic team player with strong collaborative orientation
• Impeccable work ethic and integrity with high ethical standards

The hourly pay range is $25-30/hr.
