Your Title: Administrative Coordinator

Your Location: Remote Anywhere within the USA

You Report To: Manager, Funding

Compensation: $19.11/hour plus a bonus!

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30am-6pm EST

About the Opportunity:

First Help Financial, voted and certified as a “Great Place to Work” by our workforce for three years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Funding department to accommodate our remarkable growth! The Administrative Coordinator's primary responsibilities are to address incoming calls and visitors and to manage the department’s file package storage system. This role is important to the Funding department’s efficiency and the company’s ability to retrieve and analyze historical information about our loans.

What you will do:

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Call insurance agents to retrieve insurance binders.
  • Draft RISC corrections letters and request RISC corrections letters to be mailed.
  • Monitor faxes and shared insurance inboxes.
  • Handle a high outbound call volume, 80+ calls a day.
  • Communicate all updates effectively and in a timely manner with fellow employees.
  • Assist Managers with department projects.
  • Additional responsibilities and projects may apply.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrates historical career stability
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives.
  • Must have prior Excel experience (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
