A company is looking for a Senior Director of Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the investment community and craft compelling narratives about the company's vision and performance
• Lead the quarterly earnings process and provide insights on peer performance and market dynamics
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align investor messaging with corporate objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Prior experience in the technology sector, with a preference for deep tech or quantum computing
• Deep understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and public company reporting requirements
• Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and engage with C-level executives and investors
