Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service experiences through professional demeanor and effective troubleshooting
• Provide decision-making support and ensure quick and accurate resolutions for financial inquiries
• Assist members and prospective members with their financial well-being

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
• Previous customer service experience is required
• At least six months of experience as a Member Care Representative 1 or in Digital Services
• Preferred training or experience in technical support for online and mobile banking issues
• Experience in a call center or banking environment is a plus
