Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Financial Compliance and Strategy Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial documentation and compliance for licensure with the Minnesota Office of Higher Education
• Design infrastructure for tuition tracking and ensure audit-ready recordkeeping
• Provide guidance on financial and performance documentation for ETPL application and public eligibility

Required Qualifications

• CPA, EA, or equivalent financial consultant with education or workforce finance experience
• Knowledge of Minnesota Private Career School licensure and WIOA/ETPL listing expectations
• Familiarity with Uniform Guidance/2 CFR Part 200 compliance
• Experience in translating complex compliance into actionable financial policies
• Alignment with equity-driven and justice-centered values
