Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Team Administrator to assist in the administration of the Finance Department and provide support to the CFO and Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and email correspondence for the CFO and Director
  • Oversee the Accounting email inbox and coordinate finance team meetings
  • Assist with financial documentation, budget updates, and audit requests
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • High degree of financial acumen and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational skills and action orientation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive and curious mindset
