Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary documentation for loan processing
• Review and analyze borrower's credit, income, and assets before submitting files to underwriting
• Manage a pipeline of active loans, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage-related regulations
• Previous experience with Encompass
• Proficient knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
