About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, People Operations is responsible for implementing, scaling, and improving people strategy programs designed to support business goals while providing oversight for and management of all operational functions for the People function. This critical role will shape the foundation of our People systems, processes, and compliance. This is a leadership role and responsible for influencing and operationalizing the People Operations strategy.

What You'll Do:

People Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee People systems, metrics, benefits administration, compliance, immigration and onboarding.

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state employment regulations and best practices.

  • Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous process improvement.

  • Design and implement scalable people operations programs to support organizational growth and evolving business needs.

  • Support global expansion.

Organizational Effectiveness & HR Analytics

  • Build and maintain People Operations dashboards to assess performance with metrics to improve organizational effectiveness and drive long-term initiatives.

  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and streamline processes, leveraging AI and technology to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burdens.

  • Drive policy and process adoption through change management initiatives across the organization related to people operations.

  • Provide guidance and change management support as it relates to system optimization and process efficiencies.

Who You Are:

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive people operations experience, with a proven track record of scaling HR functions, and 2+ years experience managing high-performing HR operations teams.

  • Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems, HR technology platforms.

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to execute in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Experience in start-up environments.

  • Experience working with Rippling and Ashby.

  • Ability to leverage AI and technology to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
