The Role

At Fetch, we turn consumer data into powerful insights that drive business impact. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a VP of Data Analytics to lead and unify our analytics efforts, driving data monetization, expanding self-service capabilities, and elevating our analytics organization from a largely task-based team to more of a strategic business driver.

Reporting to the SVP of Data, this leader will oversee a growing team of senior data analyst managers and data analysts, with plans to scale further. This person will own Business Intelligence (BI), work closely with marketing and sales analytics teams, and partner cross-functionally to ensure data-driven decision-making is at the heart of Fetch’s success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and unify data analytics across Fetch—standardizing metrics, methodologies, and reporting to ensure consistent, accurate insights across the company.
  • Scale the analytics team—mentoring and developing top-tier analytics talent while driving a culture of innovation and strategic thinking.
  • Expand self-service analytics—identify and implement better BI tools, empowering business users to access and act on data without relying on DA teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams—ensuring analytics drives better user engagement, campaign performance, and revenue optimization.
  • Partner with software and data engineering organizations in driving standardization, consistency and quality from sourcing to consumption.
  • Develop and drive frameworks for advanced analytics, data science and AI to optimize decision making across the company.
  • Foster an experimentation culture by championing A/B testing across the business supporting the design, execution and interpretation of results to guide product iterations and product development.
  • Balance strategic leadership with technical mentorship—guiding the team while remaining capable of hands-on contributions when needed.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience managing analytics teams in a high-growth, data-driven company.
  • Industry background in ad tech, e-commerce, or mobile apps—especially in companies leveraging large-scale consumer data.
  • Experience in large-scale internet-facing companies with a strong track record of scaling analytics functions.
  • Expertise in a variety of BI tools & analytics stacks
  • Passion for solving complex problems. 
  • Technical foundation—deep understanding of SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Python, Jupyter notebooks (hands-on experience in the past, ability to mentor now).
  • Cross-functional leadership skills—strong ability to partner with marketing and sales teams, influencing their analytics strategy and execution.
  • A track record of driving analytics from task-based to strategic—turning data teams into proactive drivers of business impact. Intellectually curious and possess robust business acumen
