We’re looking for a sharp and motivated Account Coordinator to help make that happen.

The Role
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll do more than take notes and check boxes—you’ll manage select client accounts while also supporting Account Managers across larger, more complex projects. This role is perfect for someone with agency or nonprofit experience who’s ready to build confidence managing relationships, juggling timelines, and helping keep things on track across a variety of clients and campaigns.

What You'll Do
 

  • Manage small but mighty accounts: Own the day-to-day for a focused group of accounts, expertly managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring all deliverables powerfully support their core mission. Simultaneously, guide clients with strategic insights, empowering them to navigate the complexities of marketing and communications and make truly wise choices.
  • Support the team: Work alongside Account Managers to coordinate logistics, manage details, prepare materials, and facilitate communication for larger clients.
  • Be the bridge: Keep clients in the loop, help connect the dots internally, and proactively raise flags if issues pop up.
  • Track, organize, report: Maintain clear records, project boards, and timelines in our PM systems—always keeping things one step ahead.
  • Contribute to our culture: Ask good questions, share ideas, and support a high-trust, high-performance team environment.

You Might Be a Great Fit If:
You have 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or project coordination role
You’ve managed client relationships (even small ones!) and enjoy keeping people informed
You’re organized, dependable, and confident juggling multiple moving parts
You’re clear, kind, and professional in communication—verbally and in writing
You’re excited about working with nonprofits, ministries, and impact-driven brands
You ask thoughtful questions and don’t shy away from taking ownership

Tools + Skills We Use (and Hope You Know or Are Ready to Learn):
Asana for task and timeline management
Harvest for time tracking and reporting
Slack, Google Drive, Zoom for communication and collaboration
Experience documenting meetings, building project boards, and updating clients
Basic knowledge of marketing & advertising campaigns, creative production, and agency workflows

  • Full-time, exempt
  • Based in Kansas City, MO (hybrid: 1–2 days/week in office)
