ERP Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Systems Manager to lead the implementation, customization, and administration of our NetSuite ERP and UKG HRIS/Payroll systems. As a key product owner, you will be responsible for ensuring these enterprise systems align with business goals, improve efficiency, and drive innovation through integrations and automation.

This role requires strong expertise in NetSuite development and administration, HRIS/Payroll system management, and middleware integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage system configurations, optimize data integrity, and provide hands-on technical solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integration tools.

• System Administration & Optimization – Administer, configure, and optimize NetSuite ERP and UKG HRIS/Payroll to support business operations and ensure system efficiency.
• Customization & Development – Develop and maintain SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow workflows, and custom configurations to enhance NetSuite functionality.
• Integration Management – Design, implement, and manage integrations between NetSuite, UKG, and other enterprise applications using middleware platforms, APIs, and ETL tools.
• Security & Compliance – Oversee user role management, security permissions, compliance with SOX, GDPR, and payroll security best practices, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Automation & Process Improvement – Identify opportunities for automation, workflow enhancements, and process optimizations to streamline business operations.
• Reporting & Business Insights – Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide real-time insights and support decision-making.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Serve as the primary technical expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting complex system issues, and supporting data migration and audits.
• Project & Vendor Management – Lead system upgrades and enhancement projects, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate new technologies and system improvements.
• User Training & Documentation – Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to maximize adoption and effective system utilization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience managing ERP/HRIS systems, with strong NetSuite expertise and familiarity with UKG or similar HRIS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of middleware platforms, data integration, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.1), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk APIs.
• Ability to design and implement technical workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
