Responsibilities

• Input and update information in company databases and information systems promptly and accurately.
• Verify the accuracy and integrity of data, conducting regular quality checks.
• Compile data from various sources to create reports and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across platforms.
• Address data-related inquiries and provide assistance to colleagues as required.
• Uphold confidentiality standards while handling sensitive data and information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management practices.

• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in data entry or similar roles is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; knowledge of data management systems is a plus.
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Able to work independently and productively in a virtual environment.
