Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Manager (Remote) to oversee building operations and maintenance for a portfolio of buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a remote team, scheduling daily activities and ensuring effective communication
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance, maintaining client relationships and overseeing vendor interactions
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure adherence to operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience managing remote teams and facilities operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS platforms
• Client-facing experience with a focus on service delivery
