Facilities Management Director - job 1 of 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Facilities to oversee the strategic leadership and operational management of its facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop organizational architecture for facilities management, including staffing plans and maintenance operations
• Manage construction budgets and renovation schedules for brownfield sites and lead the Hanger Design Committee
• Lead the collection of requirements and manage the development of the future FAIT Campus, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in facilities management or construction management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industrial environments strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of lease management, permitting, EHS compliance, and construction best practices
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and reporting against Integrated Master Schedules
