Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator (Remote in the Northeast ONLY).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure adherence to procedures and policies
  • Manage client inquiries and collect work orders while monitoring performance and progress
  • File and organize documentation related to work orders and vendor submissions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Any financial background and CMMS experience are a plus
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Basic math skills for calculating simple figures
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mentality
