Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director, Renal to lead a team in preclinical validation and development for renal diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide scientific leadership to advance the renal disease portfolio and identify novel targets
• Lead the Renal Biology Team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Establish external partnerships and collaborations to enhance research capabilities and portfolio advancement

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline with extensive experience in renal biology and pharmaceutical research
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry focused on renal therapeutics
• Experience in leading and managing teams and external collaborations
• Proven track record in managing a renal portfolio, including contributions to product launches
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry
