You’ll handle platform upgrades, perform health checks, and customize modules according to business requirements. Your role will also involve managing user access and resolving issues while collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders to develop tailored solutions. Reporting and dashboard creation will be part of your toolkit, so you can create insights that drive business decisions. We’re looking for someone with a solid background in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and ITIL processes, plus the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
