Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experiential/Events Project Manager (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary account lead, managing partner relationships and serving as the key point of contact
• Oversee end-to-end planning for both intimate and larger-scale experiential activations
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venues, layouts, schedules, and operational details

Required Qualifications

• Proven project or event management experience, ideally overseeing multiple activations simultaneously
• Experience managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and tracking budgets
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
• A collaborative, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Flexible availability to accommodate event schedules, including heavier workloads during event weeks
