Role Overview - As a Technical / IT Recruiter at Etraveli Group, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our tech teams. With 0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to ensure we bring in the best talent across a variety of technical positions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and enhancing the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies specifically targeting tech talent, including roles such as software engineers, developers, system administrators, and other IT-related positions.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Leverage a range of sourcing methods, such as tech-specific job boards, social media, LinkedIn, GitHub, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality technical candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct technical screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit within Etraveli Group.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of job requirements and ensure alignment on technical qualifications, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application through interview to offer, providing timely and transparent communication throughout.
  • Offer Management: Manage the offer process, from negotiating terms to facilitating pre-employment requirements, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), and generate reports to track recruitment metrics and improve future processes.
  • Market Research: Stay current on IT recruitment trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, contributing to an enhanced hiring strategy.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity in all technical recruitment efforts, ensuring equal opportunities for candidates from all backgrounds.

Qualifying Criteria -

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA/PGDHRM is a plus.

Experience: 0-3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the tech landscape and specific IT roles.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience in tools such as Workable, Greenhouse, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, coding languages, frameworks, and technologies, enabling efficient sourcing and screening of technical candidates.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, especially in a technical environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and strong data management/reporting skills.

Desirable: Previous experience recruiting for tech positions in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the travel or tech industries.
