Digital Marketing Specialist, CRM and Email

Overview

Join our dynamic marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in marketing automation, CRM marketing, and customer journey orchestration to drive our online presence and engagement. With a focus on data-driven strategies, you will help shape and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Execution. Identify critical gaps in current marketing efforts and develop comprehensive strategies that align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into a cohesive digital marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing impact.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Optimization. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, including journey orchestration, marketing automation, and email campaigns. Conduct data analysis and market segmentation to identify target audiences and inform digital marketing strategies. Utilize tools like Customer Data Platforms, Journey Analytics, Marketing Automation, BI and CRM platforms to measure performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Engagement. Develop and deliver engaging global campaign content across digital platforms, including email and marketing automation. Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Marketing Automation & Customer Journey Orchestration. Build and optimize automated workflows and lead nurturing programs to enhance engagement. Implement A/B testing and performance tracking for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments, identifying and implementing opportunities that enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with leadership to ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics, SEO, or a related field
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and best practices
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing strategies
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide actionable insights
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital content creation
  • Knowledge of website troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Recommended Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced web analytics techniques and tools
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead generation strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with data mining methodologies and market segmentation analysis

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$70,720$110,240 USD
