Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Application Analyst (Epic Lab) II-III.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and system errors
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Lead efforts to optimize the performance and usability of the EHR system and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3 - 5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required
• Epic 'Beaker' certification or accreditation required
• Multiple Epic certifications preferred
• Epic implementation experience preferred
