ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

What We Do

Our Finance and Accounting teams build the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand. We work closely with teams across the company, international subsidiaries, as well as with external partners to ensure a world-class finance organization. Our team contains experts from fields like tax, treasury, purchasing, FP&A, and more.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLERSHIP INTERN

What You'll Do

We are looking for a Financial Controllership Intern to help support the team on ongoing financial processes and help build automation into existing processes. As part of the controllership team, this role will be integral to helping advance Epic’s financial process efficiency. The finance team is an agile team that supports Epic’s customer-facing initiatives in various ways.

In this role, you will

Support controllership staff in general close responsibilities
Complete a project around clean up of outstanding inactive POs
Build out at least one new automated process within the financial close process
Assist with balance sheet reconciliations

What we're looking for

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a timely manner
Attention to detail, organization, and experience in a fast-paced environment
Advanced MS Excel skills preferred
Passion for operating efficient financial processes
Interest in gaming preferred
Pursuing an MBA degree (1st year MBA student preferred)

This internship has a flexible start date in 2025. Recruitment will be ongoing until teams find an ideal match.
