Whether it’s driving a vision from start to finish or collaborating with teams to inspire and deliver projects of Epic quality, Epic’s production teams take pride in consistently delivering world-class products and experiences.

What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the External Development team, Production, and discipline stakeholders to support external development initiatives across Fortnite. You’ll manage documentation, contracts, and communications, and support internal teams through the full lifecycle of vendor engagements.

In this role, you will

  • Support the sourcing and evaluation of new external partners
  • Participate in regular syncs with internal teams to provide updates, forecast needs, align on priorities, and escalate blockers
  • Support well established Epic discipline teams by owning subsequent contracts & facilitating external development partner relationship
  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of the lifecycle of a request and contract pipeline
  • Submit SOW renewals, new contracts, and amendments to Legal

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years game development experience
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Approachable, dependable, and a positive team presence
  • Ability to work independently with strong self-direction and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Comfortable managing vendor partnerships, contracts, and cross-function collaboration with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced environment
