WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking a Project Execution Integrator to support United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM). This position will support USINDOPACOM Engineering Division, specifically, the J443 Strategic Execution Branch. providing capabilities and performing tasks as the Project Execution Integrator.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct assessments of project complexity, feasibility, and timelines.
- Identify optimal acquisition strategies to expedite project timelines, identify critical path items and strategies to mitigate issues, develop ways to expedite project schedules to achieve reduced project timelines.
- Conduct technical analyses of project sequencing, bundling, and schedules/timelines.
- Coordinate across J44 Branches, J-Directorates, with DCAs and Components, Joint Staff, OSD, JRM, JTF-Micronesia, LNOs, forward J44 LNOs, DLA, TRANSCOM, Army Missile Defense, MDA, etc to ensure informed, coordinated, deconflicted, synchronized project execution.
- Develop execution briefings for various audience levels.
- Provide support to, and back-up for, the Strategic Execution Branch Chief, Posture Management, and J44 Engineering Division leadership.
- Support the J441 (Ops, Plans, and Exercises), J446 (Development & Controls), and Knowledge Management branches.
This position is contingent on contract modification and funding.
Expected salary range: $100,000 - $130,000
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4 years of relevant experience //OR// 8 years of relevant experience if no degree.
- Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
- 4-10 years of experience in engineering (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical) design, and construction. This includes expertise in construction project scheduling, cost control, cost estimating, construction management, quality assurance, and project budget management.
- Expertise in pre-award tasks, developing requests for proposals (RFPs), contract award procedures, and post-award contract management.
- Experience as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Familiarity with, and understanding the difference between, design-build (DB) and design-bid-build (DBB) contracts, firm fixed price (FFP), and cost-plus (CP) contracts.
- Experience with, or having worked for, a DoD design and construction agent (DCA).
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Valid driver’s license (proof of which will be required after hire) and ability to qualify for and maintain company liability insurance through a clean driving record.
- Must possess a valid unexpired U.S. Passport.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
- Experience as a contracting officer.
- Direct experience working in the INDOPACOM area of operations.
- Experience on a O-7+ level staff, Combatant or Functional Command headquarters, Joint Force Headquarters, Service Component, or Major Command Headquarters.
