Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Experience Designer to shape the future of their payments platform and enhance user experiences for guests and hosts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to define strategy, objectives, and user experience vision across various platforms
• Inspire and direct the design team to efficiently build towards a meaningful vision
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Experience Designers, ensuring consistency in user experience across products

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
• Ability to articulate the design process and lead teams through it
• Excellent visual, interaction, and/or service design skills
• Systems thinker with the ability to design for both digital and offline experiences
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and set vision for global products
