Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate financial needs of students and provide guidance on financial aid options
• Certify student eligibility and maintain accurate financial aid documentation in compliance with federal guidelines
• Conduct orientations and workshops on financial aid policies and processes for students and families

Required Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's or associate degree and four years of related experience
• Broad knowledge of federal financial aid programs and recordkeeping requirements
• General knowledge of accounting practices and data processing
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and high ethical standards
• Flexible to work outside normal business hours as needed
