Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Specialist to help us manage and optimize our digital systems and marketing tools. You’ll support the team with CRM management, campaign tracking, event logistics, and data reporting. This is a part-time, flexible remote position with the potential for more hours during peak seasons and possible long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update records in ActiveCampaign (sponsors, members, event attendees)
- Track and maintain spreadsheets for partnerships, sales pipelines, and campaigns
- Set up and manage webinar logistics (Zoom links, reminder emails)
- Upload content to websites (event pages, blog posts, speaker bios)
- Prepare and format email templates; manage lists for email marketing
- Report on performance metrics (email open rates, webinar attendance, CRM activity)
- Troubleshoot minor tech issues across CRM, email, and web platforms
- Research and recommend workflow tools to improve automation
- Help manage digital assets (documents, videos, images)
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline registration and lead follow-up
- Create re-engagement campaigns and optimize tech systems for better UX
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM management, marketing support, or admin roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-manage in a remote setup
- Familiarity with ActiveCampaign or similar CRMs preferred
- Experience with marketing/email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Zoom, WordPress) a plus
- Strong spreadsheet skills and basic content management experience
- Ability to track performance and report on marketing efforts
- Positive, proactive, and eager to improve processes and systems
- Prior experience designing and writing email campaigns is a major plus
- Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary : $6-7/hr
