As our new Talent Agent Assistant Intern in our Gaming & Entertainment branch, you’ll play a key role in supporting various aspects of our cutting-edge approach to digital talent management. We’re looking for someone outgoing, performance-driven, and deeply passionate about the creator economy, particularly in streaming and entertainment. You should be curious about the strategy behind brand and talent partnerships, eager to understand talent KPIs, and excited to refine your client communication and project management skills!

Key Responsibilities: 

Research and identify new brands for potential collaboration opportunities.

Develop and refine negotiation skills, including contract redlining and partnership terms.

Scout and evaluate talents (streamers, top players, entertainers, etc.) who align with the Division’s objectives.

Engage and prospect potential talents for representation, facilitating introductory calls.

Support client communication and project management, ensuring seamless collaboration between talents and brands.

Gain hands-on experience in talent management operations while aligning with Dulcedo’s approach.

Coordinate sponsorships and collaborations, working closely with peers to execute successful partnerships.

Contribute to strategy and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team.

Profile of our Ideal Candidate:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in a related field (Law/PR/communications).

You are available for full-time work opportunities after the internship ends.

Strong interest for the Gaming and Entertainment industry.

Natural communicator who’s confident in outreach and building connections.

Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.

Self-starter with a go-getter attitude, always looking for ways to contribute!

A strong desire to launch a career in influencer marketing and brand partnerships.

Parameters & Perks!

Duration: 16 weeks

Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)

Compensation: While our internships are unpaid, we offer a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the 16-week program.

Full-Time Opportunity: This decision will be contingent on the successful completion of the internship, mutual agreement among all stakeholders and current hiring needs. 

Highly flexible work environment with minimal to no office attendance requirements, giving you the freedom to adapt your schedule!

Wrap up work at 2:00 PM every Friday, giving you a head start on the weekend!

En tant que nouveau Stagiaire Assistant Agent de Talents dans notre division Gaming & Entertainment, tu joueras un rôle clé en soutenant divers aspects de notre approche innovante de la gestion des talents numériques. On recherche quelqu’un d’extraverti, axé sur la performance et profondément passionné par l’économie des créateurs, en particulier dans le streaming et le divertissement. Tu devrais être curieux(se) de la stratégie derrière les partenariats entre marques et talents, avoir envie de mieux comprendre les KPIs des talents et être enthousiaste à l’idée de perfectionner tes compétences en communication client et en gestion de projet!

Tes missions:

Rechercher et identifier de nouvelles marques pour des opportunités de collaboration.

Développer et affiner des compétences en négociation, notamment la relecture et la modification de contrats.

Détecter et évaluer des talents (streamers, top players, artistes, etc.) alignés avec les objectifs de la division.

Prospecter et engager des talents potentiels pour une représentation, en facilitant les appels d’introduction.

Soutenir la communication avec les clients et la gestion de projet, en assurant une collaboration fluide entre talents et marques.

Acquérir une expérience pratique en gestion de talents tout en s'alignant avec l’approche de Dulcedo.

Coordonner les parrainages et collaborations en travaillant étroitement avec l’équipe pour garantir des partenariats réussis.

Participer activement aux sessions de brainstorming et de stratégie, en apportant des idées et des perspectives nouvelles.

Profil recherché:

Diplôme en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe (droit, relations publiques, communication).

Forte passion pour l’industrie du gaming et du divertissement.

Excellentes compétences en communication et aisance pour établir des connexions.

Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.

Esprit d’initiative et attitude proactive, toujours prêt(e) à contribuer !

Une réelle ambition de lancer une carrière en marketing d’influence et en partenariats de marque.

Le stage & les avantages!

Durée : 16 semaines

Horaire : Temps plein (30-40 heures/semaine)

Rémunération : Stage non rémunéré, mais une bourse de 500$ est offerte après la réussite du programme.

Possibilité d’embauche : Une offre en fin de stage pourrait être envisagée en fonction des performances, des besoins et d’un accord mutuel.

Flexibilité totale : Peu ou pas d’obligation de présence au bureau, on t’offre la liberté d’adapter ton emploi du temps!
