We are looking for a HR Officer trainee to support the growth of our HR business and maintain our internal HR processes.

  • Proactively identify, source and attract high-quality candidates for both current and future requirements using a range of direct sourcing strategies including market mapping, networking, headhunting, and the web
  • Screening and assessment of potential candidates
  • Develop and maintain Talent pools for both current and future HR requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

  • You are good in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels 
  • You like to challenge, guide and influence decisions
  • You have outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • You have problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • You have high integrity and honesty in all dealings
  • You are familiar with MS Office and social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Undergraduate studies in Business, Management, Communication, Finance or relevant field
