We are growing rapidly! We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team! 


What would I be doing?


* Working with a dedicated regional team to achieve revenue targets. (Regional Account Executive, Insides Sales Representative, and Solutions Engineer in each of our three regions) 

* Act as SME for Sales team in predefined territory - Identifying key regions and "influencer accounts" 

* Stay up to date on state and federal FAA laws and regulations

* Master DroneSense technology and the hardware partners we work with

* Give clear and organized demonstrations to potential customers

* Develop and implement a plan to increase trial to win rate  

* Work with agencies during trials to ensure success

* Engage and develop  with Account Executives, Inside Sales, and Director of Sales to develop and implement strategic growth targets

* Work with Marketing to execute on delivering sales collateral to sales team

Represent DroneSense at conferences, strategic regional flydays,  and on-site demos

* Travel availability from 25% to 50%


Qualifications:


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* A low-ego, team-first mentality. You know when to get your hands dirty and when to lead through influence.

* 3+ years of UAS technical/sales support experience (DJI,Parrot, Autel, Docked systems,MavLink) 

* An outside the box thinker that can problem solve and execute on their own, or in collaboration with the team

* Able to execute on objectives with high level direction and minimal supervision.

* Experience utilizing CRMs (HubSpot Preferred) 

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

* STRONG preference for Pilot Part 107 drone licence.
