Title Assistant Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Your job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):
Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

At Domino's Pizza, the role of an Assistant Manager is a vibrant and essential position at our Lithonia, GA location on 2410 DeKalb Medical Pkwy. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll take charge during your shift, overseeing everything from cost control to inventory management, and ensuring that your team delivers outstanding customer service. You’ll jump into action, performing the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, while managing a fantastic team of 3 to 15 employees. Your days will be filled with greeting customers with a smile, taking orders, and operating the cash register, all while maintaining Domino's high standards for product consistency and cleanliness. You’ll also be responsible for safely delivering our delicious pizzas. We're looking for someone with leadership experience who knows how to motivate a team and foster a positive environment. A clean driving record and reliable transportation are musts, as safety is our top priority.
