Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Brand Designer with a strong blend of web and graphic design expertise. You have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for creating exceptional designs, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Beyond crafting visually compelling work, you’re a collaborative team player - eager to share feedback and ensure every project aligns with both marketing objectives and company goals.
It is a hands-on position to accelerate design excellence across our brand identity and our comms templates efficiently. You'll deliver design solutions for our marketing communications and websites in all markets served by DocPlanner. Design for social media, emails, paid advertising, and landing pages to ensure we deliver communications that convert.
What You’ll Do:
Web design expertise: Design landing pages, produce design assets and support the Global Web Team and the Global Marketing team when it comes to brand design for our 7 local brands.
Multichannel design: Design comms layouts and templates for social media, ads, email marketing, as well design for events, ensuring the design is visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with marketing goals.
Brand consistency: Ensure consistency of design across different channels and platforms, maintaining a unified brand identity.
Experience in ensuring holistic application of brand standards across all design touch points
Experience working with branding initiatives for a global enterprise encompassing diverse local brands, coupled with a strong background in successfully implementing branding guidelines and co-branding guidelines
Inspiring portfolio showcasing digital and graphic design
Experience with animation is a big plus
Top-notch proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator)
Great at problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Positive and constructive attitude. You handle tight deadlines and pressure without issue and maintain a structured workflow
Great team player
Strong level of English
This is a Fixed Term Contract until August 2026.
In this role, you will be reporting to Claudia Pereira, our Global Head of Brand Design.
This role is remote first, but you will be able to work from either our Warsaw or Barcelona office locations if/when desired.
