Dispute Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispute Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis, research, and resolution of disputed bankcard transactions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and established procedures
• Investigate disputes by collaborating with customers and documenting findings according to Regulation E

Required Qualifications

• Broadband internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
• Windows 11 operating system
• Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen equivalent processor
• At least 8 GB RAM and 20 GB available HDD space
• USB headset with microphone for Microsoft Teams meetings
