• Oversee and maintain a well-organized parts inventory to meet customer and service needs efficiently.
• Collaborate with technicians, customers, and suppliers to source and recommend appropriate parts.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability details, and quotations to assist customers in decision-making.
• Engage with customers professionally, providing solutions-focused support.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers, track order fulfillment, and ensure seamless transactions.
• Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate system records for inventory and stock levels.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• High school Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory, quoting, or parts management (preferred but not required)
• Skilled at building relationships and delivering top-notch service.
• Adept at learning new systems.
• Accurate and organized in managing inventory and orders.
• Open to growth and development.
• Thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
