Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in workforce technology or HRIS management
• Significant experience with HCM systems, preferably Workday
• Experience with workflow automation platforms like Workato
• Proven ability to architect and deliver complex workforce technology solutions
• Strong understanding of technology orchestration and system design
