Director of Value Realization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Internal Value Realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage frameworks to track KPIs, value delivery, and ROI of transformation initiatives
• Build dashboards and reporting packages to synthesize progress across programs and functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on metrics and tracking mechanisms

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, Revenue Operations, FP&A, consulting, or analytics
• Deep experience with business case modeling and KPI development
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of tools such as Excel, Tableau/Power BI, or SQL
• Proven success in presenting insights to senior executives and creating executive-ready materials
