Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Consulting & AI Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of technical architects and consultants for complex technical solutions and AI transformations
• Drive customer AI transformation initiatives and guide implementation of predictive analytics and workflow optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmap and support AI capability rollout

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or implementation leadership, preferably in enterprise SaaS
• Experience leading customer-facing teams at the intersection of product, services, and innovation
• Deep understanding of AI/ML models, APIs, and deployment infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with AI use cases such as NLP and predictive analytics
• Strong operational mindset with experience in driving KPIs and scalable delivery models
