A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead day-to-day Revenue Operations across sales, marketing, and customer success
• Drive CRM and GTM tech stack optimization, ensuring data accuracy and scalability
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for actionable insights on funnel performance and revenue trends

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or related roles
• Strong experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
• Strong grasp of GTM strategy and funnel dynamics
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects
