Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the research vision and agenda for the Marketing Cloud portfolio
• Advocate for product strategy through collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Lead a high-performance research team, focusing on actionable insights and measurable impact

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in leading research strategy in user experience or technology contexts
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering
• Proficiency in generative and evaluative research techniques applicable to complex technology questions
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in developing and retaining research talent
• Proven ability to influence product direction with actionable insights in a technical environment
