Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-organizational leaders to provide a comprehensive view of prospects, customers, and users
• Lead and develop high-performing research teams to deliver qualitative and quantitative insights

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience in human-centered design or research
• 7+ years of experience in a leadership role at the Director level
• Proven track record of leading research teams that deliver strategic business value
• Experience in both generative and evaluative research methodologies
• Ability to attract and retain top talent in research teams
