Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Rebate Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data flow between the rebates team and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate account reconciliation and reporting
• Optimize rebates by analyzing client formularies and collaborating with vendors to maximize client benefits
• Document workflows, policies, and procedures while building metrics for operational performance

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience in a related environment
• At least 2 years of experience in a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) or equivalent setting
• Proven ability to design operations and improve processes through scaling and automation
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on employee motivation and engagement
