Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in HR Tech or B2B SaaS
• Proven success in launching and scaling software products in competitive markets
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer behavior and go-to-market frameworks
• Experience managing and mentoring team members
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
