Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ACH operations and compliance management, ensuring adherence to NACHA & Reg E rules
• Oversee debit card program management, including processing, dispute resolution, and fraud support
• Manage Zelle and emerging payment services, focusing on enrollment, transaction monitoring, and operational growth

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of leadership experience within the industry
• A bachelor's degree and/or relevant professional certification preferred
• Advanced familiarity with Reg E, Reg Z, Truth in Lending requirements, and BSA
• Proven experience in leading operational and technological change
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop team members
