Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Patient Access Services for the East & South Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and directs the Patient Access Services division, establishing operational goals and objectives
• Designs and oversees patient access operational models to ensure quality services and enhance workflows
• Facilitates communication and collaboration across departments to promote effective patient access processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Related Field, or Business Management
• 7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Leadership and Patient Access Leadership
• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) within 2 years of employment
• Flexibility to manage operations across multiple facilities
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle activities and compliance with regulatory standards
