Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead and scale product and performance marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead long-term go-to-market strategies to achieve target outcomes for Growth, Product, and Partner Marketing Teams
• Oversee Growth and Product Marketing Teams to ensure strategy execution and target achievement
• Drive top-of-funnel growth through strategic utilization of paid ads, events, and other channels

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B tech marketing, with at least 3 years managing product and growth marketing teams
• Proven success leading full-funnel marketing programs from awareness through expansion
• Strong background in product marketing, including GTM, messaging, and competitive positioning
• Experience marketing technical or infrastructure products to developers or technical buyers
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and similar marketing tech stacks
