Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of MarTech & Data Architecture to lead the development and implementation of first-party data strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee first-party data strategies, including tagging frameworks and event schemas
• Lead implementation of data layer strategies for accurate event capture across various environments
• Consult clients on maximizing the value of their marketing tech stack through effective processes and platforms

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing technology, or data architecture, preferably in a client-facing role
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in analytics engineering or martech consulting
• Deep hands-on experience with tag management systems (e.g., GTM, Tealium)
• Familiarity with CDP and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Adobe Experience Platform
• Strong understanding of first-party data capture and digital media attribution
