Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to enhance its marketing operations and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub, including workflows, scoring rules, and reporting dashboards
• Develop and launch multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive bookings
• Manage and optimize ABM programs and lead paid advertising across various platforms

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in demand generation and/or marketing operations
• Deep expertise in HubSpot (Inbound-certified preferred)
• Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
• Experience managing and optimizing paid media budgets
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance metrics effectively
